The Select Board approved a package of administrative items on May 12, including a lease for a Symquest color copier at $199.14 per month to consolidate office equipment. Diana Garrow moved to lease the copier, seconded by Jeff Chase; the motion passed unanimously. Jeff Chase asked the expense be coded to copier expense and Carol Garrow-Woolley confirmed the Town would not own the machine at the lease's end.
Faith Tempest reported a DreamHost (DreamPass) account negotiated with EndeavorOps at $14.99 per month for the first year ($19.99 thereafter); the board authorized Tempest to set up the account. The board also approved the Delta Dental annual renewal effective July 1, with a 2.58% premium increase; Mark Turco moved to accept the renewal and Jeff Chase seconded the motion.
On building maintenance, Mark Turco asked Carol Garrow-Woolley to obtain three quotes for pest control for the Town office, including exterior boxes. The board also voted to revert public-notice postings to the Mount Holly Post Office rather than Oddfellows Hall. Carol Garrow-Woolley reported there remain 26 unregistered dogs (20 owners) and will update the board in June before further action.
