The Sweetwater County Board of Commissioners voted March 4 to renew a series of 2025–26 county liquor and malt-beverage licenses after brief presentation by Clerk Lane and the completion of public hearings with no public comment.
"The 2025, 2026 licenses for county retail liquor, malt beverage permits restaurant liquor and limited retail liquor licenses for the following applicants," Clerk Lane said as she read a list of applicants, which included White Mountain Mining (Ahjt Enterprises), Buckboard Marina at Flaming Gorge, Eden Saloon, Little America Hotels and Resorts and others. Commissioners discussed potential conflicts: Commissioner Richards said, "I have a personal interest in 1 of these license I'll be abstaining from this group," and the retail group vote passed 4–1 with that abstention.
The board then considered a restaurant liquor license for Purple Sage Ventures (doing business as The Login), retail malt-beverage permits for Crossroads Travel Plaza and other vendors, and a limited retail liquor license for Rolling Green Country Club; each item was opened for public hearing, produced no public comment, and passed unanimously.
