Facilities manager warns of leaking pipes, failing pumps and corroded bathroom stalls

Ian also described plans to trench and rework a courtyard drain and to obtain bids for asphalt patching and seal coating to remove trip hazards.
Board members discussed short-term mitigations (ceiling fans as a lower-cost measure versus full HVAC on the third floor) and asked staff to prioritize the worst bathroom stalls and plan phased repairs. The board did not take a formal funding vote tonight but the discussion flagged these items for budgeting and potential future procurement.
