CPCNH expects to remain competitive as all utilities prepare to raise rates in the next posting period (announced in June and taking effect in August). The coalition also reported that roughly 600 new accounts are receiving opt-out letters in March, attrition has been minimal with one town (Bow) exiting, and a Unitil net-metering pilot will start using smart meters for improved data access and management.
