Road crew reports winter response, detour signage and sale of old tennis-court fencing

Roadmaster Michael Heydt presented the Public Works monthly report describing routine winter operations and maintenance work. He said the road crew "plowed & salted the roads, repaired equipment, cleaned up tree debris, did trimming work on Miller & Himmelwright Road, re-stocked the salt bins, repaired/replaced street signs." Heydt also reported installation of emergency detour signs around Route 73/Swamp Pike and repairs to potholes and dirt roads.
Heydt noted he attended a Probable Cause training class and reported sale proceeds for old equipment: $600 for old tennis-court fencing and $1,050 for light poles. The Board voted to accept the Public Works report.
