At the Feb. 13 meeting the Planning Agency approved Sewer Planning Module Component 4a for the Holly Road subdivision in a motion by Ed Reitz, seconded by Jessica Gisinger‑Doran. Ms. Carpenter recused from the vote; the motion carried with four ayes and one recusal.
Manager Andrew Duncan described the action as a formality required to complete the municipal portion of the sewer planning module. Staff will forward the signed Component 4a to the pertinent agencies and record the action in planning files.
