The Douglass Township Planning Agency opened its Feb. 13, 2025 meeting and unanimously voted to recommend approval of the January 9, 2025 meeting minutes after a motion by Planning Agency member Sara Carpenter and a second from Ed Reitz.
The agency approved a Sewer Planning Module Component 4a for the Holly Road subdivision in a motion by Ed Reitz, seconded by Jessica Gisinger‑Doran; Sara Carpenter recused. The recorded vote was Richardson‑Aye, Reitz‑Aye, Carpenter‑Recuse, Stouch‑Aye and Gisinger‑Doran‑Aye.
On the 115 W. Moyer Road preliminary plan (Terralead, LLC), the agency voted to recommend preliminary plan approval to the Board of Supervisors contingent on the applicant addressing comments in the Pennoni review letter dated Feb. 5, 2025, and paying the required tree waiver fee. The motion to recommend was made by Ed Reitz and seconded by Kim Stouch; the recorded vote was unanimous among members present.
The meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m. following a motion by Ms. Carpenter, seconded by Mr. Richardson; the roll call included Mr. Heydt, who arrived late.
