Mayor Kelly Benson said he will meet with the town attorney and Police Chief Yates to pursue a sensible pathway to address the issue. Trista Polo asked the board to consider a dog park in Turner Park on behalf of her dog, Bella Victoria Polo, saying Bella "is seeking a place to run, sniff and play safely with other K-9 residence inside the town limits," and argued a park could draw visitors and support local businesses.
The board acknowledged the comments and noted staff follow‑up; the minutes show the mayor intends to discuss the dirt‑bike enforcement issue with legal counsel and the police chief.
