"We have no regulation over this, and we had just kind of, spoken about it, you know, off the record a bit. But we need to start opening negotiations with Clarence Dillon, with other libraries, and at least getting offers on the table in order to see what our options are," he said.
The mayor said an executive-session discussion had already taken place and the topic will be returned to the public agenda at the next meeting for further discussion.
