Council accepts tennis-court change order after staff explains drainage and planting plans

Staff also described a hardscape and landscape plan, including extending an existing stone wall and planting evergreens (Norway spruce and arborvitae) on the neighbor side to help with future sound attenuation. The council voted to approve the change order after questions from members were addressed.
The contractor covered the cost of stone under cooperative purchasing terms, the record shows, and the council directed further landscaping and construction coordination with DPW.
