Westfir council approves $79,642.39 in October expenditures; audit process delayed

City Recorder Nicole Tritten presented the cash deposits, bank statements, bank reconciliation, profit & loss report and expenditure sheet and told the Council the auditor was behind schedule adapting to the new AUP process for 2023–2024. She said the typical onsite audit had not yet been scheduled.
Nicole also reported outreach regarding police and fire intergovernmental agreements with Oakridge and that the Relief Recorder solicited bids for City Hall gutter and fascia repairs. Mayor Williams moved to approve October 2024 expenditures in the amount of $79,642.39; Councilor Katherine Bishop seconded and the motion carried 5–0.
