The commission voted to waive the $300 conditional‑use permit application fee for the Town of Manila's application to install an RV sanitary station. The chair noted Manila has previously waived fees for county projects and said he had no issue waiving the application fee in this instance.
Commissioner Jack Lytle moved to waive the fee and the motion was seconded and approved. Planning and zoning will still consider the rezone and conditional use permit at the next scheduled meeting; commissioners and staff confirmed the waiver applies only to the application fee and not to any required permits, reviews or conditions that planning staff may impose.
