County staff: Army Corps seeks more wetland mitigation design on trail project

Rhett said staff met with UDOT and USDA and expect USDA to supply additional information to help resolve ‘‘trust’’/mitigation concerns; staff plan to continue with design work while addressing the Corps' comments. The county intends to proceed with more detailed mitigation planning and coordination with federal and state partners.
