The Oklahoma Corporation Commission on March 11, 2026, heard an educational presentation on advanced transmission and other grid-enhancing technologies intended to improve the efficiency of energy supply in Oklahoma. Chairman Kim David recognized speakers from The Pew Charitable Trusts, TransGrid Advisors, and CTC Global to present expert information and answer questions from Commissioners.
Garey L. Wortham, the Commission secretary, recorded that Leah Ford, Senior Associate at The Pew Charitable Trusts; Kelt Wilska, Senior Manager of State Policy for Advanced Transmission Technologies; Jay Caspary, Principal with TransGrid Advisors; and Theodore Paradise, Chief Policy and Grid Strategy Officer with CTC Global, delivered the briefing and engaged in discussion with the Commissioners. The minutes note Commissioner Kim David left the meeting at 2:16 p.m.; Commissioner J. Todd Hiett conducted the remainder of the proceedings. The meeting record shows the session was conducted in accordance with the Open Meeting Act and adjourned at 2:37 p.m.
