Selectboard approves minutes and routine actions, extends TD Bank lease and approves Stewart’s license

At its Oct. 6 meeting the Selectboard approved Sept. 15 minutes with one name correction, granted a one-year TD Bank lease extension and approved Stewart’s Shops 2nd-class retail liquor license and tobacco endorsement; all recorded motions passed 5-0.
The board approved several routine motions and administrative items during the Oct. 6 meeting. After Daniel requested a correction to his name, Mark moved and Leanne seconded a motion to approve the Sept. 15 minutes with the friendly amendment; the board voted 5-0 to approve the corrected minutes.
In New Business Leanne moved to extend TD Bank’s lease for one year; Daniel seconded and the motion passed 5-0. The board also approved a 2nd-class retail liquor license and tobacco endorsement for Stewart’s Shops (Daniel moved; Leanne seconded; vote 5-0). The Heartful Kitchen lease renewal was tabled. The meeting adjourned on a 5-0 vote after Suzanne moved and Leanne seconded.
