At the start of the meeting, staff member Steve summarized permit and approval activity from the prior meeting, telling the commission: "At our last meeting, we had a minor plan of a car wash addition, 1839 North Henderson." He said that item, along with variances to reduce required setbacks for a pole sign at 412 North Henderson, was approved by City Council on Oct. 7 and that the sign permit has since been issued.
Steve also reported that a minor plat for the Benedict Subdivision at the southeast corner of North Kellogg and East Water Street was approved by City Council on Oct. 7. He closed the update by noting those were the principal items covered at the prior meeting and that there were no further staff updates beyond the subdivision under discussion later in the agenda.
