The listed properties for demolition included 659 Knox Road; 1440 North; 1409 East Main Street; 1470 Grand Avenue; 58 North Pearl Street; 715 Monmouth Boulevard; and 213 Pine Street. Staff said three bids had been received and Lockwood provided the low bid; council approved the award by roll call.
