Supervisor Don Bergstresser recused himself from that vote stating he benefits from the program. The Board also accepted the resignation of auditor Roger Updegrove, who the manager said had a potential conflict due to school board service; the board asked interested residents to contact the manager to fill the vacancy within 30 days.
