The Douglass Township Board of Supervisors voted unanimously March 18 to approve Preliminary/Final Plan for a two-lot minor subdivision at 144 Township Line Road and to authorize the solicitor to prepare resolution documents for consideration at the April 21 meeting. Allison Lee of Pennoni & Associates described Lot 1 as a proposed new 0.682-acre lot for a future single-family dwelling and Lot 2 as the existing 4.702-acre property with existing structures; a sewer easement crosses the site.
"Pennoni recommends Preliminary/Final Plan approval for the 144 Township Line Road Subdivision," Allison Lee said, noting the County supports the proposal and that Pennoni's review comments can be addressed without a Zoning Hearing Board appearance. The board's motion carried with Supervisors Bergstresser, Stouch and Carpenter voting Aye. The solicitor will draft the formal resolution for the next Board of Supervisors meeting on April 21, 2025.
