The Douglass Township Board of Supervisors on March 3 adopted Resolution #03032025-01 to approve the Sewer Planning Module Component 3 plan for the Holly Road (Gambone) land development. Vice‑Chair Sara Carpenter moved the resolution and Supervisor Don Bergstresser seconded; both voted aye.
Khal Hassan of Pennoni & Associates told the board he had completed the standard review and “finds everything to be satisfactory,” recommending the Board adopt the resolution. The action approves the sewer planning component required for land development review and allows the applicant to proceed to the next steps in the municipal review and permitting process.
The Board also voted to accept the engineer’s report as presented. No members of the public spoke on this agenda item. The approvals were recorded as Bergstresser‑Aye, Carpenter‑Aye.
