Gallus said existing cameras did not provide sufficient image clarity to identify those responsible.
The Commission authorized installation of additional door‑security monitoring to track whether bathroom doors are open, closed, locked or propped open. Commissioners also discussed signage warning of surveillance and fines for vandalism; upgrading camera hardware was considered but deferred due to cost.
