Secretary Tonya Kieser reported the city attorney provided draft language for the required public notice for off‑site meetings. Kieser said the notice will be posted at least three days in advance on the public board, the Highway 12 bulletin and the city website, and will indicate that in the event of inclement weather the meeting would revert to City Hall.
The Commission voted (m/s/p Christensen/Borrell) to hold the July 28, 2026 Parks Commission meeting at Summerfield Park with an intended walk to Spring Meadows Park; the meeting time will remain 6:00 PM. Kieser will post the required notices per the attorney’s draft language.
