Staff: Vonlin fund shows small shortfall; ARPA transfer line unavailable

The presenter said: "Vonlin is showing, some slight unfavorability, both at the revenue level and at the contribution margin level... I feel confident we can manage our way through $6,500 by the year's end." They also warned that a line labeled "transfer in from a ARPA funds fund 80" has been tapped out and would not be available to cover deficits.
Because ARPA funds in that line are not available, the staff member said those dollars would have to come from the general fund if needed, but staff will continue seeking opportunities to manage the shortfall through other measures.
