"That's our—it's the software that essentially runs our servers. It's the underlying part that hosts all that," the IT director said when explaining the VMware purchase. Commissioners approved the purchases and the billing by unanimous vote, 3–0. The WireNets work was described as falling to the Memorial Hall line item and eligible for HAVA reimbursement; commissioners noted finance staff will process the reimbursement paperwork.
