Residents urge Wayland review of road materials after rising dust complaints on Hazelbrook and Lincoln

Other residents, including Connor Davis (17 Hazelbrook Lane), Janet Haspel (33 Hazelbrook Lane) and Susan Dewey (7 Hazelbrook Lane), described perceived changes in the road material and said excessive dust has become a health concern over the past two years. Davis cited improper drainage and a poor balance of surface and subsurface materials as contributing factors.
Board members did not take immediate action at the meeting but public comments will be part of the record for staff follow-up. Residents asked for a formal road-management plan to include notice about resurfacing timing and material specifications.
