The appointments were made by roll-call votes during the remote meeting and passed 5-0-0. Board member Michael Spelman made the motion to appoint Ling as the CPC liaison; Ling seconded. Later motions appointed Wegerbauer as chair and Spelman as vice-chair. The Board met shortly after 6 p.m. and welcomed new member Jon Storer before taking the votes.
The decisions are procedural and will govern who represents the Board of Public Works at interboard meetings and who presides over future BoPW sessions. No opposition to the appointments was recorded in the meeting minutes.
