The council considered a replat for the Milbank Industrial Park Third Addition. According to the minutes, "a motion was made and seconded to approve the Plat of Lots 1-9, and Lots 11-15, Milbank Industrial Park Third Addition. Motion carried 4-0." The session adjourned at 12:23 p.m.
