Planning commission takes no action after agenda was not posted 24 hours in advance

The procedural restriction affected consideration of a draft Business Permitting Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2025) that the solicitor distributed to members. The commission is scheduled to review the draft at its April meeting and prepare a recommendation for Council; the solicitor indicated the earliest Council review would be at a May work session with a possible June Council meeting appearance.
