Revised Rexroth plan includes water main relocation and larger stormwater basins; RLMA sign-off noted

The revised land development plan for the former Yorktowne Kitchens site includes infrastructure changes intended to address pavement grading and stormwater capacity. The plan proposes to "relocate approx. 600’ of the existing 12” water main & install it 6’ back from the existing curb," and to set the main deeper to reduce mounded pavement, the presentation says. Red Lion Municipal Authority has approved the proposed relocation, the commission was told.
Blane Markel said the stormwater management approach remains the same as previously approved but with increased pit and basin sizes to handle the slightly larger impervious area. The commission voted to recommend plan approval contingent on York County Conservation District approval and on the recording of the Stormwater Operation & Management Agreement; borough staff and the applicant must complete as-builts and other recording items before the plan can be recorded.
