Planning commission approves September minutes and adjourns after sign ordinance review
Summary
At the Oct. 21 meeting the commission approved the Sept. 16 minutes (motion by Cindy Barley, seconded by Beth Nidam) and later adjourned at 8:12 p.m. (motion by Beth Nidam, seconded by Cindy Barley).
The commission opened its Oct. 21 meeting and quickly handled procedural business. According to the minutes, 'Mrs. Barley made a motion to approve the September 16th, 2024 Meeting Minutes; Ms. Nidam seconded. All were in favor; motion carried.' Later, with no further business, 'Ms. Nidam made a motion to adjourn the meeting @ 8:12pm. Mrs. Barley seconded. Motion carried, meeting adjourned.'
No roll-call vote tallies or individual votes were recorded in the minutes beyond the 'all were in favor' notation for the minutes approval and the acknowledged second and carried outcome for adjournment. The minutes were signed 'Respectfully submitted' by Stacy Myers, Recording Secretary.
