DPW tests roadway materials for Hazelbrook Lane; says private road grading limited to emergency access

On the question of DPW work on private dirt roads, Holder said, "there is a town policy whereby DPW will grade those private dirt roads. There are no materials being put down at all." The comment followed resident questions and a public comment about calcium chloride treatment wearing thin and dust reappearing. No immediate material placement decision was made; vendor responses and engineering guidance will inform next steps.
