Ryan Eaves, division manager for stormwater and erosion control, told the board the division won a "best in category" award for its effort to move inspections and permitting online and integrate GIS such that field inspectors can complete geolocated inspections on iPads. "We did win, an award for our efforts to go online," Eaves said, describing routing, photo capture with geolocation, and faster inspection workflows.
