Roxbury selectmen meet in executive session and direct lawyer to send payment letter

After the closed session the board authorized the town lawyer to send a letter and payment related to a matter discussed in executive session, with a motion by Matthew Patneaude, seconded by Ray Hodsdon; vote 3-0.
The minutes state the action was recommended "since it was signed with just cause," and record that the lawyer will issue the letter along with payment. The board did not provide further public detail about the underlying matter during the open portion of the meeting.
