The board discussed the larger 2025 roof-replacement project in the same agenda section while weighing building needs and costs.
"Matthew Patneaude motion to go with community Energy, Timothy Derouche second, vote: 3-0," the minutes record. The vote authorizes staff to move forward with contracting and budget adjustments as needed for installation in the coming year.
The decision will be incorporated into planning for the 2025 town building budget and related capital work; the board did not record further implementation dates at the meeting.
