The Downtown Development Authority met July 21, 2026 and approved the May 19, 2026 meeting minutes after a motion by Kellen Brusveen and support from Tom Zuniga. No public comments were received during the public-comment period.
The board received updates on a Chamber partnership proposal, the M‑45/60th Ave traffic-signal project (planned by MDOT for 2029 with bidding late 2027), the creation of a town-center work group, and potential park renovations that could repurpose Field 1. Jeremy Borgman moved to adjourn, Rence Meredith supported the motion, and the motion passed. The DDA's next meeting is scheduled for Sept. 15, 2026.
