The Ellendale City Council on May 28 approved a $2,085.22 cabinet order for the clerk's office as part of a renovation project. City Clerk/Treasurer Steve Engel said the city qualified for vendor Pro account discounts because the beginning total order exceeded $2,000 but that the order did not qualify for the Lowe's Public Safety discount. Mayor Scott Groth moved to approve the order and Council member Jon Asplund seconded; a roll call vote was unanimous.
