Parks committee eyes pavilion, frisbee-golf and accepts plant donation; council approves five trash cans

Josh Otto said he replaced a vandalized tether ball and will research installing park cameras.
At council request, members approved buying five trash cans (one blue for Crown Ridge Park and four red for City Park) at $500 each for a total of $2,500. Council Member Charlie Berg moved to approve the purchase; the motion was advanced by Jon Asplund and approved by roll call. The council directed staff to place the blue can in Crown Ridge and the four red cans in the city park.
