Ellendale approves Banyon accounting and payroll modules to modernize finances

Engel noted the upgrade was approved previously in 2024 but delayed due to office moves and workload. The upgrade will permit parallel operation during training while the existing system remains available. The motion to approve the modules and fees passed by roll call, with all council members recorded as voting in favor.
