The council voted to approve items 2'4, 7 and 8 in a single motion (motion attributed to Amy Bartley and seconded by Cameron Reeves) and the chair announced the motion passed 5-0. Two items (5 and 6) were pulled for discussion; after consideration the council recorded a subsequent motion that passed 4-1 on those pulled items.
Council members were given the opportunity to pull consent items and several did so; the board's actions followed standard consent-agenda procedures described by the mayor.
