Committee approves $351,800.86 contract for trail asphalt overlays; McConnell & Associates recommended

Moss told the committee the Tomahawk Creek stretch is about 1.16 miles and that crews plan staging and buggy hauling to avoid damage to sensitive access points. Committee members discussed areas prone to flooding where concrete might be preferable in future capital work.
