The Board of Trustees on Aug. 19 adopted a resolution (No. 2025-08-09) to make the intersection of West Street and Conklin Street (NY 24) right‑turn only from West Street to Conklin Street. The resolution, moved by Trustee Craig Rosasco and seconded by Trustee Cheryl Parisi, includes installation of a pavement arrow and signage and directs village staff to request approval from the State of New York for the traffic pattern change.
The action does not take effect until the Village secures any required state approvals for changes to the state highway. Staff will coordinate signage and pavement markings once state permission is granted.
