Mayor Perrin moved the meeting into consideration of the consent agenda; Vice Mayor Hill moved approval and Councilman Jones seconded. Miss Hill called the roll for the consent agenda which included minutes for prior meetings (02/27/2024 joint meeting minutes; 06/16/2026 closed session minutes; June 2026 regular meeting minutes) and scheduling first readings/public hearings on ordinances to clarify residential off-street parking design standards and to clarify criteria for certificates of appropriateness and historic-district design-guideline updates. The consent agenda also included a first reading to schedule a public hearing on an FY27 grants-fund amendment.
Council voted unanimously by roll call with all present voting aye. The items will return for first reading/public hearing as scheduled on the council's agenda.
