The Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy board approved a comprehensive consent docket at its Nov. 20 meeting that included FY26 purchase orders #258–263, activity-fund purchase orders #27–30, and multiple change orders (POs 161, 165, 19, 241, 4, 241, 42, 241, 109, 207, and 56). Claudette Goss moved approval and Carla Maloy seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The consent docket also authorized payment of FY26 K12 invoices pending fund availability and approved the school's SY25'-26 communication tools: K12 platforms, ParentSquare, Cox Communications and Zoom. The board additionally approved updating OVCA contact information in Policies 2060 (Title IX Grievance Policy) and 4060 (Prohibition of Race and Sex Discrimination).
Board members did not record extended debate on these items; the combined consent vote moves multiple administrative and procurement items forward in a single, omnibus action.
