Council issues proclamations, approves appointments and consent agenda

Council moved to approve a proposed appointment to the Legacy of Greenery Committee and a reappointment to the Independent Advisory Board on Racial Profiling and Other Policing; the mayor called for the ayes and the appointments were made. Later the consent agenda was approved on a roll-call vote recorded in the public record as 11 to 0 in favor.
