Staff previews Marabella and Prosper 170 development agreements and Town Lake design work

Staff told the board Marabella, States at Bridal and Prosper 01/1970 will return in August/September with detailed packets and that Town Lake Park design elements are being penciled into the East Side master plan map due to upcoming underpass activity and development.
Director David alerted the board that several parkland and development agreements will return for board consideration in August and September: Marabella, States at Bridal, and Prosper 01/1970. He said these projects sit in the same Area 3 on the East Side and will interact with trail and Town Lake planning.
"I do believe we'll see Marabella come back forward for y'all's consideration, States at Bridal, as well as Prosper 01/1970," David said, noting staff's intent to provide deeper detail consistent with the work-session materials. He added that Town Lake Park has been penciled into staff maps because nearby underpass and development activity may affect design and timing.
No board action was requested; staff offered the update to give members advance notice before materials return for formal review.
