Staff said any outdoor storage would need to be fenced and meet fire- and building-code standards because wooden pallets present combustible-storage considerations.
A board member moved to approve based on findings that the applicant faces a practical difficulty due to overcrowding at the current location; the motion passed by voice vote. The approval includes recommended conditions that outdoor storage be fenced and that all storage meet applicable building and fire codes.
