Council approves annexation of five Origin Park parcels into Clarksville

The Clarksville Town Council voted unanimously to approve Ordinance 2025-G-01, annexing five parcels submitted by River Heritage into the town and zoning them West Riverfront District (WRD). Staff told the council the petition was received Nov. 12 and a prior public hearing produced no speakers in favor or opposition.
Councilwoman Karen Henderson moved the ordinance and the council passed it on both first and second readings without dissent. Council records and staff recommendation noted the parcels will fall within Clarksville Town Council District 1 upon annexation.
