"The quote price is roughly, $75,000 a year, with potential, I think, 5% increases up to 5% a year," Sherry told council.
Council members pressed for a quantified ROI and asked about rollback and data-backup options; staff said Boyce will assist with migration and that the vendor claimed no immediate plan to retire Keystone but urged the town to plan migration proactively. Council asked the clerk-treasurer to return with more precise budget figures and a clearer cost-benefit analysis.
