At the May 19 meeting the Notus council approved routine disbursements totaling $2,896.27 and authorized a purchase of a U-Line map storage cabinet, 42"x30", for $730 plus a $100 base. The map storage motion passed unanimously among present members.
The City Clerk provided operational metrics: "google profile tracked 13 phone calls, 61 people asked for directions and 18 website visits. There were $7450.75 credit card payment received, $27,787.19 billed out for utilities, 13 burn permits issued and 7 community center rentals." Council also reviewed a rough draft of the Commercial Development Strategic Plan and agreed to assign a task order to involve the city engineer for maps and photos to complete the plan.
