Board approves two Town of Washington rezoning petitions to allow development and land attachment

A second petition (File 25-26-044) would rezone roughly five acres owned by Douglas and Colleen Bergman from exclusive agricultural to A-2 residential to attach to adjacent holdings; planning also recommended approval. Both ordinances were moved, seconded and recorded as passing with 28 yes votes and one member absent.
